We sell time study software that automatically interrogates your machine controllers and gets data directly from the controller.  Importantly no program changes or additions are necessary to get the time study.  Accuracy is better than 0.1 seconds. Information is available every time the machine cycles.  As you can see from the report this is not just overall cycle time, but a detailed step by step time study.
