Our Company was founded in 1991.  We started as a design engineering company designing control systems for automation in the chemical and automotive industries. We since branched out to also do high tech training in factories. We have since trained over 20,000 factory workers, and we have made them much more productive.

Now we have a software subsidiary, Wilson Diagnostic Systems LLC, that has developed technology for electronic time study and diagnostics on complex machinery. We are developing new technology that can make machines and workers more productive. 

We have offices in Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, and Indianapolis.  We are serving large automotive customers as well as smaller companies both in and out of the automotive industry.  Our mission is to help manufacturing companies improve their productivity to levels heretofore not possible. 

We believe that manufacturers in the USA can be competitive with companies anywhere in the world if they employ the best manufacturing know how.  We are in the process of proving this is so.  We are watching the beginning of a new serge of manufacturing capability in the USA that will take us back to being the leader in world manufacturing.  We hope that you will join us on this journey.
